11/28/13 - It has been one year since our sweet angel Devan Michael was born. There is not a day that goes by that I do not think about him. Both Mikey and I feel so blessed to have had the short time that we did with him. Even though he was only in this world for a little less than 5 days he has made a lasting impact and touched so many lives. I know that God won't give you more than you can handle and although loosing Devan was without a doubt the most difficult thing Mikey and I have gone through, it has ultimately been a blessing. Devan strengthened our relationship with each other, with God and with our friends and family. He was a pure, innocent, perfect baby boy that we are so proud to call our son. So I like to remember him as a joy in our lives, a loving guardian angel that we have watching out for us in Heaven. We love you baby and miss you every day and are looking forward to the day we will be reunited with you in Heaven.
