South Dakota.

Family trip 2013 was to South Dakota for my Dad's high school reunion. We went in July when SD is at it's best, super hot! It was Mikey, Logan and my sister's husband Brett's first time going to the Mid-West and Brett and Mikey were especially excited. We went for a week and we jammed that week full with touristy things plus family/friend reunions. Some of the highlights of our trip were of course seeing Mount Rushmore, visiting the Badlands National Park, Storybook Island, Custor State Park, watching wild Buffalo in their natural habitat, the Reptile Gardens! (haha) and of course visiting with our family and friends in good ole Chamberlain. My sisters and I used to visit our Grandma in Chamberlain in the summers and we would love to play with our cousins and go swimming or take the boat out on the Missouri River. It was so special to me to be able to share part of my childhood with Mikey and Logan. Thanks Dad for an amazing trip!
