Karen 

{wife/mommy/dietitian} 

The joys in my life are my family (my amazing husband and extremely cute son), Food!, cooking but more specifically baking, spending time with my friends, loving the Lord, vino, DIYing, and being physically active (running, practicing yoga or just being outside). I am slightly OCD when it comes to planning, organization and cleaning, aren't all dietitians? 
I love being healthy but am not a "health nut." I love living life to the fullest and enjoying everything in moderation.

An incredibly handsome and extremely funny/goofy man, who is hands down the most amazing husband and father. I couldn't imagine going through life without this man. He is so devoted to his family, is always a good time/life of the party, extreme West Virginia University Mountaineer football and basketball fan, my best friend and love of my life. He keeps me laughing every day and I thank God for bringing us together.

{love of our life} 

We were blessed with this wonderful baby boy on May 2nd, 2011 and our lives were changed forever. He is the most sweet, loving and caring boy but he can also be a handful. I sometimes feel like this kid never stops to come up for air, but I guess he’s just being the quintessential “boy”. Needless to say he keeps us busy from sun up to sun down, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

{our angel}
God sent us this perfect little life on November 28th, 2012.  Devan Michael was born 24 weeks premature & went to his forever home in heaven on Decemeber 2nd, 2012.  Even though he was only with us for 5 days he had such a profound effect on our lives and we will love him forever.  We are comforted knowing that he is with Jesus and is always watching over us from above.  Our perfect angel, we love you and will see you again.

On August 26th, 2014 Emma Kathryn made her debut 4 weeks early.  She is an amazing joy and love in our lives.  We are so unbelievably thankful and blessed for this beautiful little girl.  She is so dainty and well behaved and just the sweetest most precious little darling. We love her to pieces.  Thank you Lord for our sweet baby girl.
